In 1997, the vision of Real Serious was slowly becoming realized with the development of Federal Real Estate Services. FRES was established to provide real estate investors with current REO and foreclosure property data. For many years, this company referred thousands of investors to real estate agents nationwide. Then a second company was introduced in 1999, the AmerUSA Corporation, to assist landlords and employers with their applicant screening. As the landlord customer base grew by the thousands, it was apparent that an online site was then needed to cater specifically toward landlords. In response to the overwhelming success of the AmerUSA tenant screening division, USLandlord.com was formed in 2003 to cater specifically to landlords, real estate investors and tenants.

It was obvious that a website was needed to better facilitate the link between landlords, investors, homeowners and real estate agents. It was time to get serious, REAL SERIOUS.
